No. The Priority List simply gives you access, information, and the option to move forward when the reservation phase begins.
How is my Priority List position determined?
Your position is based on the date you joined the Priority List. Future home selection will be based on priority list status.
How much does it cost to join?
Joining the Priority List requires a $5,000 fully refundable deposit (plus a $300 non-refundable application fee). The deposit will be applied to your home’s entrance fee, or will be returned to you if you decide not to move into Broadmead at Ridgebrook.
What if I’m not ready to make decisions yet?
It's okay if you're not ready to make a decision yet! The Priority List offers a way to reserve your position so that if you do decide you wish to move to Broadmead at Ridgebrook when homes are available, you have the opportunity to do so. The deposit is fully refundable (minus the $300 application fee) if you decide that Ridgebrook is not right for you.
