Introducing Jennifer Schilpp, Broadmead’s New Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Broadmead is pleased to announce that Jennifer Schilpp has joined our community as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In her new role, Jennifer will be responsible for all financial, accounting and information technology aspects of the Broadmead community, including payroll, asset and investment management, budgeting and forecasting, capital/debt management, insurance risk management, as well as holding a key role in strategic and master planning.
Jennifer, who possesses a BBA from Ohio University and an MBA from Drexel University, brings with her a wealth of financial expertise within the senior living industry. Amongst other senior level financial roles, Jennifer has most recently served as CFO/VP of Finance of a large single site continuing care retirement community for 18 years, and is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family as well as participating in a variety of outdoor activities including walking, biking, and her current favorite activity, kayaking.
