401(k) Retirement Plan
To help our team members plan for their futures, Broadmead makes a Safe Harbor Matching Contribution to all eligible team members’ accounts every pay period. The match is equal to 100% on the first 3% of your deferred compensation, plus 50% on the next 2% of your deferred compensation.
Paid Leave
We understand that quality of life outside of work is important, and establishing a healthy work/life balance is important for our team members’ success. That’s why Broadmead offers a generous Paid Leave Program for team members classified to work 24 hours or more per week. Team members can use their paid time off at their own discretion for vacations, holidays, sick and safe leave, and personal leave.
