Perks You’ll Actually Be Excited About

Employee Health and Wellness

Creating a Healthy Workplace is a priority here at Broadmead. Fitness is an integral part of a comprehensive Wellness program. The campus offers opportunities to walk during breaks, use of the Fitness Center and Cardio room and healthy food options. The Center of Excellence Wellness staff is here to serve as a resource to you and can also offer personalized fitness assessments to support you in your wellness journey.

H.O.P.E.
(Healing and Overcoming for Peace and Equity)

We care about our Broadmead employees and know that there are many stressors that impact our daily lives. H.O.P.E. provides quick, confidential, accessible individual and group counseling services through Laster & Associates. This is a year-round service for all employees, currently offered virtually with financial assistance available.

Financial Assistance & Support

We understand that there may be a time when an employee is going through financial difficulty. Broadmead wants to be a pillar our staff can lean on to get them through tough situations; that is why we established the Staff Assistance Fund Endowment (SAFE Loan). This loan is designed to help with utilities, food, shelter, transportation, or personal/family medical expenses.

Transportation

Broadmead strives to help our employees in any way we can, and we know transportation to and from work can be costly. To help offset this expense, we offer a free Light Rail shuttle service and a 50% discount on monthly bus passes.

On-Going Career Development

When Broadmead hires someone, we hire them with the intent that they will retire with us. We find great value and joy investing in our employees and watching them flourish within the Broadmead community. To assist with career and skill advancement, Broadmead offers a number of career development opportunities including a college scholarship, free tutoring services, and career mentoring from upper management.

We thoroughly believe strong communication between employees and their supervisors is key to a healthy and productive work environment that leads to career development and advancement. To help aid this communication, we collaborate with WeCare Connect, an easy-to-use system that provides real-time feedback from employees.

Executive Advisory Committee

Broadmead values the collective experiences, talents and skills of its community and employees. The EAC consists of non-exempt employees representing various Broadmead departments and shifts who will actively participate in monthly Executive Leadership team meetings. This offers an opportunity to present thoughts, ideas and opinions on various topics that help move the organization forward. The voice of our staff matters!
