Broadmead is blessed to have an active, forward-thinking Board of Trustees that has remained at the forefront of the CCRC industry. Board members must be committed to the mission of Broadmead and according to the bylaws, a majority of the trustees must be Quaker and the Board Chair must be Quaker.
 
 

The Board's recent revision of the Mission Statement provided the foundation for the development of seven strategic goals. These goals speak to an active community that is continually responding to the changing needs of new generations of older persons. Board meetings include significant educational presentations that are designed to provide trustees with information about the changing external environment that will enable them to make critical decisions about Broadmead's future.
