Staffing Coordinator

RN Day Shift.

Department - Nursing. Reports to ADON. Job Classification: Non-Exempt.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent provides delegated resident care and assists with shift routines. The registered nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients. The registered nurse participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing support and information about nursing services.

Assistant Director of Nursing

This position provides direct clinical supervision of resident care provided in Inpatient Health Care. The Assistant Director of Nursing coordinates resident care and the systems for providing that care between all shifts, and serves as administrative supervisor for the Day Shift. The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for ensuring that all care is provided in compliance with all Broadmead policies, as well as State and Federal regulations.

Flex (PRN) RN

Broadmead . This is a non-exempt position.

The incumbent provides delegated resident care and assists with shift routines. The registered nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients. The registered nurse participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing support and information about nursing services.

Certified Medicine Aide.

Department - Friends Circle. This position reports to the Director of Friends Circle. This is a non-exempt position.

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, provides delegated technical resident care and assists with shift routines including accurately administering and documenting medications. The incumbent will accurately administer documents, medications ordered by medical staff. Will performs all tasks as indicated within the Geriatric Nursing Assistant's job description. The CMA performs various resident care activities and related services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents. The CMA must be able to care for adult and geriatric patients. The CMA functions may not exceed standards of practice as accorded by certification.

Certified Nursing Assistant.

Department - Friends Circle. This position reports to the Director of Friends Circle. This is a non-exempt position.

The Geriatric Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing direct care and simple technical nursing services to residents under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse. The Geriatric Nursing Assistant will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). In conjunction with other members of the interdisciplinary team, he/she will implement individualized care plans with special emphasis on the rehabilitative, physical, safety and social desires and needs of each resident.
