Under the supervision of the Utility Manager, incumbent is responsible for following established procedures to ensure the sanitary maintenance of the dishroom and the entire food service area.

Under the close supervision of the Dietary Manager, incumbent is responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for our residents and their guests. Follows established order and style of serving in the HCU Dining Room.

Under the supervision of the Holly Terrace Supervisor, incumbent is responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for Broadmeads' residents and their guests.

Cafe Server.

Under the supervision of the Café Supervisor, incumbent is responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for our residents and their guests, staff, and visitors by providing the highest degree of Customer Service possible.

Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, incumbent is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of the overall Wellness & Life Enrichment Department. Through collaboration with representatives of Johns Hopkins Medicine, the Director will develop and direct the Broadmead Center of Excellence for Wellness. The Center of Excellence for Wellness will include a comprehensive array of services to enhance physical, mental, spiritual and social wellbeing. These programs will be implemented in the continuum of programs and services within Broadmead's healthcare settings

Program Director.

Friends Circle. COO. Exempt.

The Friends Circle Program Director, reporting directly to the CFO of Friends Care, Inc. is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program. The Program Director will work with both Friends Care and Broadmead Management.

Residency Counselor.

Marketing. VP of Marketing. Exempt.

Serves as the primary source of information for prospective residents interested in the independent living areas and processes the admission of new residents through move-in.
